Erin Parnell-Wilson, HIS

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Erin Parnell is a licensed hearing instrument specialist in Connecticut. She joined Hear Again Center in December 2017 and has a total of 17 years in the industry. Erin studied psychology at Holyoke Community College & Western New England College. Her desire to help people has led her to become a hearing instrument specialist. Erin feels strongly that a patient centered approach to hearing care is vital and that life is worth hearing!

Erin is the youngest of 4 children & was raised in Holyoke, MA. She currently resides in Chicopee, MA. She lives with her husband, Mario, and 2 cats named Benedict & Khaleesi. When she is not helping guide her patients toward better hearing, Erin is often found outdoors enjoying nature, reading or watching hockey.

Working at Hear Again as a Hearing Aid Specialist is deeply fulfilling. Each day, I have the privilege of helping individuals reconnect with the world around them, restoring not just their hearing, but their confidence and quality of life. Seeing the joy and gratitude on someone’s face when they can fully engage in conversations again is an experience that never loses its impact. Lauren Banas

Audio Tech

Lauren is truly dedicated to her work in the hearing industry. She’s incredibly passionate about helping others, and it all stems from her personal connection to the cause. Lauren’s mother is hard of hearing, and witnessing her experiences motivated Lauren to pursue a career in the field. She wanted to make a real difference in the lives of people with hearing impairments.

As an audio tech in the hearing world, Lauren brings a compassionate and empathetic approach to her work. She knows that every patient has unique needs, so she takes the time to connect with them on a personal level. By building those connections, she can create personalized treatment plans that cater specifically to each individual.

Lauren finds joy in art and spending time in nature. Artistic expression and being surrounded by nature brings her a sense of peace and serenity.

Lauren’s commitment extends beyond her immediate work as well. Through community outreach and education, she strives to empower others with knowledge about hearing health. She wants everyone to understand the importance of taking care of their hearing.

Lindsey Rager

Patient Services Coordinator

Lindsey Rager is a Patient Services Coordinator. Lindsey is originally from South Windsor, CT and still lives there today. Lindsey attended Manchester Community College and started working at the Hear Again Center in Enfield in 2025. Lindsey began working in the hearing industry in 2025 and was drawn to the profession because she enjoys helping people. What Lindsey loves most about saving hearing lives is getting to see the excitement of patient experiences. Lindsey strives to learn something new in her everyday work with patients. Outside of saving hearing lives, Lindsey loves hobbies such as watching the Boston Bruins, going to games or concerts and spending time with family and friends.

Great experience. The receptionist is really patient and understanding. The doctor was Wonderful, very patient, charismatic, and for those who don't speak English, she does really good communicating with Spanish speaking patients.
